At the beginning of our journey to homeownership, we were living in Michigan and hoping to move to St. Louis within a relatively short timeframe (around 15 weeks). She also handled communication with the seller and forms, making the process smooth for us, so all we had to do was convey our final decision. In the end, we submitted an offer that we were very pleased with, and it was accepted. Next, JoLee helped us navigate the lender, inspection, survey, and title processes. She provided valuable advice at every stage and recommended a few companies for the lender, inspection, and survey. We were very satisfied with her recommendations and chose a few of the companies she suggested. Not once did she pressure us to follow her advice or use the companies she referred us to. Throughout the rest of the process, JoLee continued to be extremely helpful and took the time to explain each step and contract (there were so many contracts!) clearly and what we should expect before and during each step. I genuinely believe that she had our best interests in mind and aimed to secure a home and deal that aligned with our preferences and values. She was friendly, provided a safe space for us to share and discuss any concerns or fears we had during the process, and patiently answered all our questions. In the end, she helped us secure the best, most fair deal for a house we are truly happy with. I can't recommend her enough!'”
